These Terms of Service are maintained by PickMyWeb to describe the rules for using our platform. They are a starting point for customer relationships and should be reviewed by a legal professional before they are finalised for your business.

Using PickMyWeb

PickMyWeb provides ready-launch websites and business tools on a subscription basis. When you subscribe, you get a copy of the website you choose, access to the editor and dashboard, and the right to publish it on a subdomain or your own custom domain, depending on your plan.

You agree to use the platform lawfully, to keep your account credentials secure, and not to use the service to distribute harmful, illegal or infringing content.

Accounts and subscriptions

A valid account is required to publish a site. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time; when you cancel, your site goes offline but your content is saved so you can resume later. See the Subscription Terms for more details.

Content and ownership

You keep ownership of the text, images, logos, menu items and other content you upload. PickMyWeb retains ownership of the platform, templates, editor and dashboard software. You may not resell, reverse-engineer or redistribute the platform itself.

Custom domains and publishing

If you connect a custom domain, you are responsible for configuring the DNS records we provide. We will issue and renew SSL automatically once the domain is verified. We do not guarantee that every registrar or DNS provider will work without additional configuration.

Limitations and liability

PickMyWeb is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do our best to keep the platform reliable, but we are not liable for downtime, data loss, or issues caused by third parties such as payment processors, hosting providers or domain registrars.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the platform. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or cause harm to the platform or other users.
