Questions & answers
- Do I need to pay to try it?
- No. Create an account, pick a website and customise everything for free. You only choose a plan when you want to publish it and take real orders.
- How many live websites does a plan include?
- One. Pro and Business each publish one live website — the difference between them is capacity, staff access, reporting and integrations. If you need several live websites, for example for branches, franchises or clients, that's the Enterprise plan.
- What happens if I go over my order limit?
- Nothing is switched off automatically. Your orders and bookings keep coming through. We show a usage meter in your dashboard and prompt you to move up a plan when you pass 80% of your allowance for the billing period.
- What counts towards the limit?
- Orders and bookings taken on your live website during your current billing period — your usage resets on your subscription renewal date (or on the 1st of the month if you don't have an active subscription period). Demo and test records, anything on a draft website, and cancelled orders don't count.
- Is this only a website?
- No. Each plan includes the working system too — online ordering or booking, checkout, and an owner dashboard for menus, services, orders and customers.
- What happens if I cancel my subscription?
- Your site stays live until the end of the paid period, then goes offline. Your content, customer data and settings stay saved in your account so you can resubscribe and relaunch instantly.
- Can I connect my own domain?
- Yes. Every site starts on a free yoursite.pickmyweb.com subdomain, and on the Pro plan and above you can connect a domain you own. We give you the DNS records and SSL is automatic.
- Can I switch to a different website later?
- Yes — within your plan you can move to any other ready-launch website.
- Can I request custom features or a fully custom website?
- Yes. That's the Enterprise plan — contact sales and we'll quote a site built from your brief, or heavily customise any of our ready-launch demos.
