Setup and onboarding
A one-time setup and onboarding fee may apply, depending on the system selected and the branding, content and domain configuration required at launch.
What the subscription covers
The subscription covers use of the selected website system, hosting, SSL, routine software updates, the administration dashboard and standard technical support.
Cancellation
Cancellation is subject to the subscription terms agreed at signup, including any minimum service period and notice period. Fees already invoiced for the current service period remain payable.
Ownership and data
Your business content and customer data remain yours. On a managed subscription, the underlying website system remains licensed to you for the duration of the subscription rather than transferred.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers before they take effect.
