Free to build, pay to publish
Creating an account and building a website costs nothing. You can pick a ready-made system, customise it in the editor and preview it as long as you like. A paid plan is only needed when you want to put the site live on a subdomain or your own domain.
Subscription plans
PickMyWeb offers monthly plans — Starter, Pro, Business and Enterprise. Each plan includes a set number of drafts, published websites and custom domains, plus the features listed on our Pricing page. Enterprise is quoted individually.
Billing and renewal
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically on the same date each month until you cancel. We send an email receipt for each successful payment. Failed payments may result in a temporary suspension of your live site until the issue is resolved; your content stays saved during that time.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. After that your live site goes offline and your content is kept as a draft so you can resubscribe later.
Plan changes and limits
You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades usually take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period. If a downgrade puts you over the limits of the lower plan, you will be asked to unpublish or remove sites before the change applies. Any price difference is reflected on your next invoice.
Promotions
From time to time we may offer promotional pricing. Promotional rates are only valid for the stated period and convert to the standard plan price afterwards unless cancelled before the promotion ends.
Custom build payments
Custom build projects are quoted and invoiced separately through an accepted proposal and its milestones. They are not part of your monthly subscription, although hosting and publishing a completed custom build may still require a plan.
Refunds
Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. In general, subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started, but we may make exceptions for technical issues or accidental charges.
