You need a tape measure and a mirror. That's it.
- 1Measure your bandSnug under the bust with the tape level all the way round. Round to the nearest whole number — that is your band.
- 2Measure your bustAcross the fullest part, standing relaxed, tape not pulled tight.
- 3Take the differenceBust minus band: 1 inch is an A cup, 2 is B, 3 is C, 4 is D. In between? Start with the larger cup.
- 4Check the fitThe band should sit level and take the weight. Straps carry almost nothing — if they dig in, go down a band and up a cup.

Before you order
Yes — that is what Build Your Set is for. Choose a band and cup for the top, a separate XS – XL for the bottom, and the pair is 10% off.
Your first swap is free. Tell us what didn't work — band riding up, cup gaping, straps digging — and we will send the size we think is right.
Swim runs XS – XL against your hip measurement. Tie and triangle tops adjust across two cup sizes; bandeau is fixed, so size up if you are in between.
Briefs and swim bottoms can be returned unworn with the hygiene liner in place and tags attached, within 30 days.
